This Upper West Side apartment project was a full-scale renovation that demanded meticulous planning and expert execution. We were tasked with reimagining the space to maximize functionality and create a luxurious flow throughout.

A major challenge and highlight of this project was the conversion of a small bedroom into a dream walk-in closet. This involved a complete demolition of the existing room, followed by the framing and construction of a new layout optimized for the client's extensive wardrobe. We installed custom built-ins, incorporating specialized drawers, shelving, and hanging systems to provide efficient and elegant storage solutions.

To accentuate this showpiece closet, we installed a stunning antique glass mirror wall in the adjoining living space. This required precise measurements and careful installation to ensure the wall was perfectly integrated and became a focal point of the room. The reflection not only amplifies the sense of space but also offers a glimpse into the beautifully crafted closet beyond.

The renovation extended to the kitchen and bathroom, where we gutted the existing spaces and rebuilt them from the ground up. In the kitchen, we installed new plumbing and electrical systems, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances. The bathroom was transformed into a spa-like oasis with intricate tile work, a walk-in shower, and a freestanding soaking tub.
